We, Fluid Power Consultants of America, will not divulge any information to any party, public or private, outside our company provided to us for the assistance of our services. Any technical or non technical writings of any type are under the direct control of Fluid Power Consultants of America and the customer and can be requested to be returned to the customer at any time. Any other requests to destroy or archive these technical writings will be honored and confirmation of such requests will be given in writing. Any writings provided to us on electronic hard copy (CD, floppy, zip disks) or any other media will be under the same influence as information in non-hard copy form such as e-mail or open forum transfer. These conditions and terms are legally binding.
