PDM Programs:  For help or a complete authoring of your PDM Program please contact us.  Written PDM programs must be in effect to qualify and maintain current ISO certifications.

Training:  We offer several levels of training on-site and off-site.  We can provide your maintenance team with the ability to do simple and in depth troubleshooting and system repair.  We offer these classes with a single or multi-day schedule depending on the level of training.  For specific class scheduling and course description please contact via e-mail at fluidpowerconsul.@aol.com or by the mail address given above.

Rates

E-Mail Help:  Basic questions related to general maintenance and service of your hydraulic systems will be answered at no charge.  All specific questions related to component or system failure will be answered at a rate of $80.00 per hour with a four hour min.  Company information for billing purposes will be provided prior to all other correspondence.

Audio, Video or Phone Conference Help:  All correspondence will be conducted during normal business hours with a rate of $120.00 per hour.  All work conducted prior to or after the conference time will be billed at a rate of $90.00 per hour with a three hour min.

Conventional Mail Help:  All correspondence through the old fashioned mail system will be billed at a rate of $80.00 per hour with a four hour min.

On-Site Help:  All on-site help will be billed on a per job basis with all traveling expenses included.

Note:  All billing will only be done after the successful completion of our service.  If the original problem is not corrected or a viable solution has not been found the customer will not be billed.
